  • Only existing patients can request prescriptions.

  • Requests may take up to 10 working days to process.

  • We are able to source most prescribed medications, including ADHD medication, through our partner suppliers if needed — please indicate this on the form if you would like support with this.

  • For urgent prescription requests, please call us after submitting the form so we can prioritise your request.

  • Important: Some medications, particularly ADHD treatments, may be affected by national shortages or supply issues. Please check  availability with your local pharmacy before submitting a request.
