* Weekend appointments incur an additional 20% fee. For new patient cancellations, at least 7 days' notice is required; for existing patients, at least 3 days' notice is required. Late cancellations are charged at 100% of the appointment fee, and for psychiatric assessments cancelled within the notice period, the £200 deposit is retained. Refunds may take up to 28 days to process. While we do not work directly with private medical insurers, we can provide an invoice for you to claim reimbursement. We are registered with many insurers who will provide a refund to you on production of your receipt. Please note AXA PPP and BUPA do not cover our fees. Prescriptions written during an appointment are included in the consultation price; however, dispensing and delivery fees may apply and vary depending on the medication and location for delivery. Although we are primarily a clinic for children and young people, we can accept adult new patients up to the age of 25. Psychology and psychotherapy fees vary depending on the specialist booked.
