1. Overview

Thank you for choosing MindOf Ltd. This below outlines our current outpatient fees and associated terms. It is provided for your information and does not constitute an invoice. If a third party (e.g., a family member or private medical insurer) is responsible for payment, you may wish to share this document with them. However, please note that you remain responsible for any charges not covered by another party.

2. Consultation and Assessment Fees

The following are the maximum fees for consultations with our clinicians:

• General Psychiatry Assessment: up to £1,500

• ASD Assessment: up to £3600

• ADHD Assessment: up to £2500

• ASD & ADHD Combined Assessment: up to £4,000

• Follow-up Consultations: up to £420

• Therapy Sessions: £100 – £300 (depending on the clinician)

Please note that additional appointments may be required to complete the assessment. A comprehensive psychiatric report is included free of charge following the initial assessment. Where appropriate, a follow-up summary letter will be sent to the referring professional at no extra cost.
Any additional letters requested outside clinical necessity are charged up to £100-£300.

3. Prescription Fees

• Prescriptions issued during consultations are free of charge.

• Repeat prescriptions between appointments: £90 (please allow at least 10 working days’ notice) including RM postage signed for.

• Courier delivery: from £45

• A combined prescription and dispensing service is available for certain medications, either for collection from our office or delivery via courier. The fee will vary based on medication and location.

Note: Prescription fees do not include the cost of medication dispensed by a pharmacy.

4. Investigations and Tests

Following your consultation, further investigations such as blood tests or specialist assessments may be recommended:

• Tests performed by external providers (e.g. private hospitals, pathology labs) will be billed directly by those providers.

• Any tests carried out by MindOf will be communicated to you in advance, along with the associated costs.

5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All appointments must be paid in advance.

• New psychiatric assessments include a non-refundable deposit of £200.

• Cancellations:

  • New psychiatry assessments: at least 7 working days’ notice required.

  • Follow-up or returning appointments: at least 3 working days’ notice required.

• Cancellations made outside these notice periods will be charged in full.

• If cancelled within the appropriate notice period, the £200 deposit for initial psychiatric assessments is non-refundable.

• Weekend appointments incur an additional 20% fee.

• Refunds (where applicable) may take up to 28 days to process.

6. Private Medical Insurance

If you are using private medical insurance, please:

• Contact your insurer prior to booking to confirm cover, benefit limits, and recognition of our clinicians.

• Understand that you are responsible for any charges not reimbursed by your insurer.

• We are recognised by many providers including Aviva, Cigna, WPA, and Pru Health.

• We will issue a receipt/invoice to help you reclaim costs from your insurer.

Please ensure your policy covers the full cost before booking, as full payment is required in advance.
