We are experienced in providing child and adolescent psychiatric assessments and reports for the courts.

 

We can provides assessments for personal injury, compensation cases, family law matters (e.g. care proceedings, disputed custody, residence and contact arrangements) and youth and crown court matters (e.g. fitness to plead, assessment of capacity) involving children with emotional, behavioural or neurodevelopmental difficulties (including Autism and ADHD).

 

We take on privately funded cases and legal aid funded cases.
