Professional Experience
Since graduating from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2016, I have gained experience in a number of customer-facing roles including Front of House, Customer Service and, over the past two years, Reception and Administrative Support at a variety of London based financial firms. It was through these two years of office work that I found my aptitude for administrative and clerical duties, as well as my confidence in acting as the primary point of contact for all manners of enquiries and requests.
My approach
I have always believed in the importance of clear and open communication in both the workplace and in everyday life and I intend to approach this position with exactly that. I feel that in my role of Practice Secretary I am able to bring both my organizational and administrative skills to the table, as well as an empathetic approach to each and every patient and parent whom I speak to. I believe that my experience and training as an actor can only benefit me in this role as it has helped me to broaden my social awareness, improve on my clarity and diction as well as deepen my ability to empathise with others.
